He was travelling on a road with a 90k limit and turned into a road with no speed limit signs posted. He assumed the limit was still 90kph. Is there any grounds that we may request a review of this infringement??? My friends and i are having a debate and we want to just work out the facts as we are going to be driving to S.A soon.
