So what’s the deal?

We’re simply fellow travellers (and Good Samaritans as we’d like to believe), so rest assured we’re completely unbiased. That means we’re a guide, NOT a car rental company.

We believe in value. It’s not just the cheapest price, but also what you get for the time and money you spend. So we’re here to help you quickly and easily find the best car rental deal for your needs.

We realise it’s difficult to know which car rental companies truly offer the best prices, especially if you aren’t local. Is it the Big Boys (Avis, Hertz, Budget, Thrifty, Europcar) or a local Australian independent provider?

The fact is, no one provider universally offers the best rate. Different providers have the best prices for different locations. Many out there just plain overcharge while some tout low daily rates then smack on huge fees when you try to book it. Annoying? We think so.

So we extracted only the top few best value providers for each major location (city & airport) after sifting through over 100 of Australia’s most popular car rental sites.

For you to be able to compare and make an informed decision, we compile (and regularly update) the most relevant information for each of these top providers in a clear, concise manner.

The final outcome is, we’ve made this site so that you won’t have to worry and spend time searching multiple sites. All you need to do is a quick check across the recommended car rental sites and you’ll be smug in the knowledge you got a great deal.
